MASSAGES
SPORTS MASSAGE
Sports massage assists in correcting problems and imbalances in soft tissue caused by repetitive and strenuous physical activity and trauma. The application of sports massage, before and after exercise, may enhance performance, aid recovery and prevent injury.

The group classes focused on controlling and helping to recover them from their injuries.
These classes will be scheduled at the office at the beginning or end of the labour day.
